2024 Jazz Party

The 2024 West Texas Jazz Party will be held May 30 - June 1 in Odessa, TX.

The schedule is as follows:

Thursday, May 30: 6:00 pm VIP Reception for Patrons and Musicians

7:00 - 11:00 pm Concert in Devonian Ballroom featuring Wally Minko and friends in a night of Ballroom Dancing! 

Friday, May 31: 7:00 - 11:00 pm Concert in the Devonian Ballroom

Saturday, June 1: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm Brunch concert in Devonian Ballroom (food service from 11 am to 1 pm, meals available for purchase, and included in Patron Pass tickets)

Saturday, June 1: 7:00 - 11:00 pm Closing Concert in Devonian Ballroom

The 2024 Jazz Party (our 58th one!) will be held at the Odessa Marriott Hotel & Convention Center located at 305 E.5th St. In Odessa, TX. 

Tickets for the performances (May 30 through June 1) are as follows:

Patron Tickets (Admission to all events) $200 USD ea.

Individual tickets (for each paid performance). $40 USD ea.

Students All performances Free with student ID

Absolutely! The Marriott will have full bars and a food menu that will allow to order your favorite snack during the performance so you don’t miss a minute of music. 

Everyone is invited to attend and wear whatever suits your taste in clothes. You’ll see suit jackets, jeans and boots, ladies in their finest, and families in casual clothes. All are welcome to enjoy the show!

All parking for the Jazz Party is FREE. The Odessa Marriott has a multilevel the parking garage where you may park and there is some parking on the the street around the venue.

You can take pictures, although there is no flash photography is permitted during the performances. Due to contractual obligations, the recording of any performance (audio or video) is strictly prohibited.

You bet! In fact, they will be happy to autograph your program and, if you’re lucky, you might even have several of them sit at your table between sets! The atmosphere is open and friendly...conversations and photos between sets are highly encouraged.
